Your vehicle and chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the terminal where you have arrived. Clients who have booked Meet/Greet Service will meet their greeter in baggage claim in the terminal they have arrived in.
If you are arriving at the Portland International Jetport, exit the terminal at baggage claim and follow the sidewalk to your right. The driver will be waiting in the parking lot behind the taxi stand.
If you are arriving at Logan, follow purple signage to the limo stands. Pickup locations vary by terminal as follows:
Terminal A – exit on arrival level and follow purple signage to limo stand
Terminal B – exit on 2nd, departures level, limo stand is located at the end of the terminal in the horseshoe/turnaround.
Terminal C – exit terminal on the 3rd level, follow purple signage across the Sky Bridge, into Central Parking, and into Limo Stand.
Terminal E – exit on arrival level, exit terminal, cross 3 lanes to limo stand.
If you have scheduled a meet and greet for an airport pickup, someone will be waiting in baggage claim to assist you out to the vehicle. If you cannot locate the limousine stand, or your vehicle, please contact Maine Limousine Service immediately at 800-646-0068.
Reservations
Our rates are based on total time used from when our chauffeur departs our garage until when the chauffeur returns. Trip times are estimated and may not include some charges incurred during the performance of the trip, such as early/late fee for service between midnight and 6am, additional stops requested during the trip’s progress, parking fees, wait time due to lost baggage, incorrect flight information, weather or traffic delays or any other overtime beyond the trip estimate.
Maine Limousine operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Advance reservations are appreciated, but we are often able to accommodate “on demand†service when staffing allows. Reservations can be made by calling 800-646-0068 or 207-883-0222. For airport transportation, please have your arriving or departing flight information readily available. For other transportation needs, please have pickup and drop off locations and times available so our reservationists may provide an accurate estimate and book your reservation to best suit your needs.
Payment
A valid credit card is needed to complete all bookings. Maine Limousine Service accepts cash, check and all major credit cards for payment, which is due in full at the time of service. Prom service requires a 50% deposit on booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to service date. Wedding service requires a $100 deposit and the balance is due 10 days prior to service date. The fee for service, along with any incidentals, will be charged to the card on file unless otherwise arranged when booking.
Deposits
Deposits are required for all limousine transportation, all weddings and all proms. The paid deposit is nonrefundable. The deposit is applicable to the balance, which is to be paid 30 days prior to service for proms, 10 days prior to service for weddings or at the completion of service for all other transportation. In the case of limousine service, weddings and proms, a reservation is not considered complete until the deposit is paid in full.
Gratuities
We do not dictate how much you would like to tip your chauffeur. Gratuity is 15% to 20% of the base rate, however the amount you tip should be based upon service excellence. If you would like to include gratuity in the billing, either let staff know at the time of booking or indicate as such when you sign your trip sheet at the end of service.
Greeting Locations
Your vehicle and chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the terminal or building where you have scheduled for pickup. If you are arriving at the Portland International Jetport, exit the terminal at baggage claim and follow the sidewalk to your right. The driver will be waiting in the parking lot behind the taxi stand. If you are arriving at Logan, follow purple signage to the limo stands. Pickup locations vary by terminal as follows:
Terminal A – exit on arrival level and follow purple signage to limo stand
Terminal B – exit on arrival level and cross three lanes into the center garage
Terminal C – go upstairs to exit on the departure level and driver will call 10 minutes after flight arrival to confirm you are curbside
Terminal E – exit on arrival level
If you have scheduled a meet and greet for an airport pickup, someone will be waiting in baggage claim to assist you out to the vehicle. If you cannot locate the limousine stand, or your vehicle, please contact Maine Limousine Service immediately at 800-646-0068.
Extra Charges

Trip times are estimated and may not include some charges incurred during the performance of the trip, such as tolls, early/late fee for service between midnight and 6am, additional stops requested during the trip’s progress, parking fees, wait time due to lost baggage, incorrect flight information, weather or traffic delays or any other overtime beyond the trip estimate.
For airport arrivals, our chauffeurs monitor the flight information provided during the booking process. Maine Limousine Service is not responsible for incorrect flight information provided by the passenger, booking agent, airline or automated phone information. Wait time will be calculated starting 30 minutes after the posted arrival time for domestic flights and 45 minutes after the posted arrival time for international flights. This wait time includes time spent filing lost luggage reports and/or delays in debarking the plane.
If a flight is delayed or cancelled due to weather, air traffic or other mechanical issues, a vehicle and chauffeur will remain at the airport unless notified and instructed otherwise. Wait time charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation at any time. Please be sure to communicate directly with our staff regarding cancellations (emails and phone messages do not confirm cancellation of service). If you cancel prior to 12 hours to your chauffeur’s scheduled departure, charges will be refunded. If you cancel within 12 hours of your chauffeur’s scheduled departure, any charges and deposits will be retained.
Snow/Storm Procedures
Maine Limousine Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a week, even during inclement weather. We make every attempt to follow arriving and departing flight itinerary during severe weather to ensure a chauffeur and vehicle is ready for you according to any delays. If a flight is cancelled due to weather concerns, please notify staff immediately. If we do not receive notice regarding canceled flights from the travelers within 1.5 hours after the original scheduled pick up time, Maine Limousine will release the vehicle and chauffeur from the pickup location and the full trip fare, plus wait time and gratuity will be charged.
Prohibited Behavior
Smoking is prohibited by law in livery vehicles and will result in the termination of a reservation with no refund and applied cleaning fee. Consumption of alcohol by minors is prohibited in the vehicle and an “I Promise†agreement is required for all underage passengers not supervised by a parent, guardian or adult. Any behavior that causes damage to the interior of the vehicle (smoking, drinking, eating, vomiting, etc.), which results in clean up beyond normal circumstances will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
